We work quickly as we want you to receive your order as soon as possible. However if you need to cancel, contact us straight away. As long as your item hasn’t been shipped we can usually offer a solution.

You’ll receive automatic email updates that will give you the status of your order from packing to delivery

You receive a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped, as long as we have your correct email address

As you checkout you’ll see a space to enter your code. Put your unique code in the box and submit. The new total with the discount taken off will be automatically calculated.

To access your previous orders all you have to do is go to your account and select : Previous Orders

We accept most forms of payment however we don’t accept American Express unless you pay via PayPal. This is because the charges are quite high for you and for us, and we like to keep costs to a minimum

Shipping & Delivery problems

If you order before 3pm we aim to ship the same day. Normal delivery is 2-3 working days from the date of order. If you need your items quicker, choose next day delivery at the checkout.

It’s very rare for a nuusuite package to go missing. Check with neighbours and your local post office first. We usually have tracking information so if you can’t find the solution contact us and we’ll track the parcel for you.

We take special precautions to ensure all products arrive in tact, even adding extra protection to prevent leakage. We do urge you to check the product as soon as you receive it from the delivery driver so he can bring it straight back to us and give you a replacement.

When you check out, state your friend’s address for delivery. Also, add a note to your order to let us know it’s a gift, we’ll make sure the invoice isn’t in the package. If you have any other special instructions, get in touch.
